“It’s wine. It’s cola. It’s not supposed to work and somehow it really, really does.”

A Drink That Broke the Rules
A batch of wine past its prime. A few restless minds. And a spur-of-the-moment decision to mix it with cola. What started as a quick fix at a street festival in Spain's Basque Country in the 1970s became something entirely unexpected.
Wine, rich and refined, met cola, sharp and effervescent and the result didn't just break the rules, it rewrote them.
Born from late nights and spontaneous gatherings, the Kalimotxo spread through youth culture across Spain and beyond, becoming a staple at parties, festivals, and everywhere the night stretched a little longer.
Decades later, Wine and Cola is still shaking up expectations a toast to rule breakers, risk takers, and the unapologetically bold.
Because sometimes the most unexpected pairings are the ones that work best.
So … What Does It Taste Like?

Cherry
Citrus
Rosé
The one that started it all.
Smooth red wine and crisp cola, the combo that sounds fake until you try it. Bold, fizzy, and dangerously easy to keep drinking.
Lighter, Still Wrongfully Right.
Red wine and cola, just lighter. Same “this shouldn’t hit” energy, fewer regrets (arguably).
A Cherry Twist.
Bold cherry, smooth red wine, crisp cola. A little sweet, a little chaotic. Unexpected? Obviously. Gone too fast? Also yes.
The Zesty One.
Bright citrus, crisp white wine, and clear cola. Light, zingy, and way too easy to crush. Didn’t expect that, did you?
Rose All Day.
Bright rosé and clear cola — light, bubbly, and just the right amount of unhinged. Feels like a good decision. Probably is.
